1% for Green Space Volunteer Associate Executive Assistant Manager Position:

Assist Manager in interacting with local small business owners about the 1% for Green Space program; Meet periodically with Bob Barcus, 1% Manager; Help maintain good relationships with business owners and merchant participants; Assist in preparing and mailing periodic updates, thank you notes and invitations; Resupply merchants as needed with 1% materials; Contact new businesses and others not yet a part of the program; explain the program and work toward a contract with them; Offer creative input to the evolution of the 1% program

Tecumseh Land Trust is a nonprofit conservation organization serving Greene and Clark Counties of Ohio and surrounding areas. The purpose of Tecumseh Land Trust is to preserve agricultural land, natural areas, water resources, and historic sites, in voluntary cooperation with landowners, and to educate the public about permanent land preservation. We assist landowners in navigating state and federal easement programs, as well as, accept donated easements on farmland and natural areas.  When current Projects are complete, we will have preserved over 20,300 acres in our working area.
