Binoculars Boost Data Collection

On April 22, the seventh grade class at McKinney Middle School, Yellow Springs, headed out on their first field observation session of the Operation Blue Bird season with some new tools. Thanks to a grant from GreeneGiving Small Grants Program, Tecumseh Land Trust was able to purchase 15 pairs of binoculars for the students
to use. In addition to making observations about the bluebird boxes, they can now scan the area to record additional wildlife observed.

Thanks again to Greene Giving and our TLT volunteers who help make field days productive and safe for the students.
