Biologists will discuss the free assistance they provide to help landowners increase biodiversity on their properties. Later, the YS Habitat Team will discuss how individuals can certify their yards with the National Wildlife Federation. In the afternoon workshops will be conducted on steps to increase wildlife on any size property. Finally, local filmmaker, author, and sustainable landscape designer - Catherine Zimmerman – will screen her film “Hometown Habitat” in the Agraria barn.
